Controller &1 cannot attach to logical channel entry &2.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Permanent virtual circuit (PVC) controller name &1 cannot be specified for logical channel entry &2. A PVC controller name can only be specified for a logical channel entry with type *PVC. PVC controller names cannot be specified for logical channel entries with type *SVCIN, *SVCBOTH, or *SVCOUT.
Recovery . . . : Remove the PVC controller name from the SVC logical channel entry &2 (logical channel type of *SVCIN, *SVCBOTH, or *SVCOUT), and then press Enter.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : Only PVC controller names can be specified on the X.25 Line Description. PVC controller names are correct for PVC logical channels only.
