Message queue &1 in library &2 not found.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The message queue (MSGQ) parameter was not found. Possible causes are:
-- The message queue does not exist.
-- The message queue exists, but resides on an independent auxiliary storage pool (ASP). The message queue for this object is restricted to residing on the system ASP or a basic user ASP.
Recovery . . . : Create the message queue (CRTMSGQ command) or change the message queue (MSGQ) parameter to the name of an existing message queue residing in the system ASP or a basic user ASP. Then try the request again.
