Cause . . . . . : The INCREL parameter cannot be specified because file &1 in library &2 is not a physical or logical file with one record format.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following, and then try the request again:
-- Omit the INCREL parameter.
-- Specify a from-file that is a physical or logical file with one record format.
-- Specify the name of a record format on the RCDFMT parameter.
