INCCHAR field name not valid for from-file.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : A field name is not allowed for file &1 in library &2 because the file is not a physical or logical file with one record format.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following, and then try the request again:
-- Omit the INCCHAR parameter.
-- Change the INCCHAR parameter to specify *RCD instead of a field name.
-- Specify a physical or logical from-file with one record format.
-- For a logical file with more than one record format, specify a single record format name using the RCDFMT parameter.
