Cause . . . . . : TOMBR(*ALL) not allowed because the to-file &3 in library &4 is not an SQL Partitioned table.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following, and then the try the request again:
-- For the CPYF command, either specify a member or label name on the TOMBR parameter, or omit the TOMBR parameter.
