Too many question and answer databases exist.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The question and answer utility is limited to 99 databases. You have attempted to create an additional database, either by creating a totally new database, or by applying a database as a new file.
Recovery . . . : Delete the question and answer database with the highest index value. The work with contact information (WRKCNTINF command) will show you a list of all databases on the system and their associated index values.
