NAME keyword on COPY statement missing or incorrect.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The COPY control statement record did not contain a valid NAME keyword and keyword value. When restoring source or procedure members from a file in record mode, the first record in the member must be a correct COPY control statement. An incorrect member name was specified in that statement.
Recovery . . . : Specify a correct member name. A correct member name must begin with an alphabetic character; cannot contain more than 8 characters; cannot contain a comma, single quotation mark, period, or blank; cannot be one of the restricted member names (ALL, NEW, DIR, or SYSTEM).
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The incorrect COPY control statement record was: &2.
