Cause . . . . . : File &2 in library &3 has attributes which do not allow it to be used with the LNKDTADFN command.
Recovery . . . : Specify the name of a different file, and then try the request again.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : File attributes that are not allowed include the following:
-- Externally described files. Use the ADDDTADFN command.
-- Remote file.
-- Logical file.
-- Device file.
