Attributes of file &2 in &3 not supported.

Cause . . . . . : File &2 in library &3 has attributes that cannot be described by definitions in a data dictionary. Record format and field definitions for the file were created in the data dictionary, but the file definition was not.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : Attributes that are not supported include the following:
-- Field with default values, that is, physical file field has DFT keyword.
-- Field with validity checking, that is, physical or logical file field has CHECK keyword.
-- Logical file with key field defined in the based-on physical file.
