File &1 not allowed for SYSTEM(&3).

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Files &1 in library &2 are not allowed with SYSTEM(&3). For SYSTEM(*LCL), there must be at least one file that is not a distributed data management (DDM) file in the set of files. For SYSTEM(*RMT), there must be at least one DDM file in the set of files.
Recovery . . . : If there are no DDM files, change the SYSTEM parameter to *LCL. If there are only DDM files, change the SYSTEM parameter to *RMT. Then try the request again.
