Access path for member &3 not built or recovered.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The access path for member &3 file &2 in library &4 was not successfully built or recovered by the system access path protection facility or the journal function during IPL.
Recovery . . . : If the file is a physical file, specify a value of 1 on the FROMRCD parameter on the CPYF command to copy the data to another member. Remove the original member (RMVM command), add the original member again (ADDPFM command), and then copy the data. If the file is a logical file, remove the member (RMVM command) and add it to the file again (ADDLFM command).
