Cannot initialize member &2 with default records.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Member &2 file &1 in library &3 could not be initialized with default records because the access path of member &5 file &4 in library &6 prevented the initialization due to reason code &7. The reason codes and their meanings follow:
1 -- The file has an access path, a unique constraint, or a primary key constraint that has a unique key, and default records would produce duplicate keys. Either an attempt was made to initialize more than one record or a duplicate key value was found in the file.
2 -- The access path has select/omit specifications and a select/omit error occurred.
3 -- The access path has a logical file unique key mapping and default records would produce duplicate keys.
4 -- The access path has a floating point key, and the default value for the key field is not a number.
Recovery . . . : Either specify the RECORDS(*DLT) parameter to initialize the member with the deleted records or use the RMVM command to remove the member that prevented initialization. If the access path's member and file names are *N, the access path may be a temporary access path created for a query.
