Node group &1 in library &2 could not be created.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Error code &3 was encountered during the creation of node group &1 in library &2. Error codes are as follows:
-- Error type 1 is library not found.
-- Error type 2 is node group already exists.
-- Error type 3 is duplicate RDB names specified in list.
-- Error type 4 is local RDB not included in list.
-- Error type 5 is authority error on the library.
-- Error type 6 is RDB not found in RDB directory.
-- Error type 7 is invalid data in partitioning file, or the partitioning file was not found.
-- Error type 8 is DB2 MultiSystem not installed.
-- Error type 9 is RDB uses TCP/IP which does not support DB2 MultiSystem.
Recovery . . . : Correct the error and try the CRTNODGRP command again. There may be additional messages in the job log that provide more details on the error.
For error type 6, use WRKRDBDIRE to determine which systems exist in the relational database directory.
For error type 7, verify that the file exists, has a 2-byte integer column as its first column, contains at least 1024 rows, and each row contains an integer that is a valid node number for the node group.
For error type 8, you must have have installed DB2 MultiSystem in order to use this command. This is a separate option of the operating system.
For error type 9, you must change the RDB entry that is using TCP/IP support.
