Storage limit exceeded for user profile &1.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : File &2 in library &3 is either being renamed or moved to file &4 in library &5. An authority holder exists that secures the newly named or newly moved file. Because the file is a program defined file, the rename or the move operation needs to attach the file to the authority holder. In doing so, the rename or move operation attempts to assign ownership of the file to the owner of the authority holder. In this case, the profile owning the authority holder does not have enough storage allocated to it to be able to own the file. As a result, the owner of the file has been changed to QDFTOWN.
Recovery . . . : To change the ownership of the file from QDFTOWN to the owner of the authority holder, ask the security officer to increase the amount of storage allocated to user profile &1 and then issue a CHGOBJOWN command to specifying user profile &1 in the NEWOWN parameter.
