Key field &1 not same as previous formats.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : A logical file was being created by your job. However, the key field &1 in record format &2 has a different type and/or length than the key fields in the same position in previous formats. Key fields in files that have more than one format must be of the same type and length as the key fields in the same position in previous formats. Also, the key fields in the same position in previous formats must have the same variable length support. If one key is variable length, the other keys in the same position of the other formats must be variable length.
Recovery . . . : Either change the key field length or type in the data description specifications. Then try the request again.
