Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : An attempt was made to rename file &1 in library &2. However, a file with that name already exists in the library. The reason code is &4.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following based on the reason code &4:
1 - Ensure the Reclaim Storage (RCLSTG) command completed processing before any input operation to the file started. If the RCLSTG command has not completed processing and an input operation is started, the file may contain data which is not correct.
2 - Use Reclaim Storage (RCLSTG) command to process a damaged file that is on the system.
