Not enough storage to own file &1 or member of file.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The requested operation was not done for file &1 in library &2 because the file owner does not have enough storage assigned either to own the file or to allow the member to be added to the file.
Recovery . . . : Have your security officer change the amount of storage assigned to the file owner (MAXSTG parameter on the CHGUSRPRF command), or request that a new owner be assigned to the file. Then try your request again.
