Value &1 for system parameter is not valid.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Value &1 for the system parameter must be 10 characters in length and have a value of *LCL, *RMT or *FILETYPE.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following and try the request again.
-- If the information that is to be returned is about a local file, specify '*LCL' on the system parameter.
-- If the information that is to be returned is about a remote file, specify '*RMT' on the system parameter.
-- If the information that is to be returned is about either a local file or a remote file, depending on the type of file specified, specify '*FILETYPE' on the system parameter.
