Cause . . . . . : Value &1 for the find member parameter is not valid.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following and try the request again.
-- If the file should be found before searching for the member, specify '0' for the find member parameter.
-- If the file and member should be found at the same time (the same way that opening the member would), specify '1' for the file override parameter.
