Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : File &1 was found in library &2 as a DDM file, and the library specified for the remote system specified was either *LIBL or *CURLIB. This API cannot determine which file would be opened on the remote system.
Recovery . . . : Invoke this API again specifying '0' for the find member parameter. This will cause the API to use the 'find file first' search algorithm on the remote system.
