Output queue &1 has RMTSYS specified as *NONE.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Output queue &1 in library &2 has the remote system (RMTSYS) parameter specified as *NONE. The remote system must have a different value when a remote writer (STRRMTWTR command) is started to the output queue.
Recovery . . . : Change the output queue (CHGOUTQ command), specifying a value other than *NONE or *SAME, for the remote system (RMTSYS) parameter, and start the writer again if needed.
