Job queue &1 in &2 not moved. Job queue in use.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The job queue cannot be moved because it is not empty or a subsystem is active to it.
Recovery . . . : Use the WRKJOBQ command with the JOBQ(*ALL) parameter specified to display the status of the queue. Try the command again when the job queue is inactive and empty. To end the subsystem, use the ENDSBS command; to clear the job queue, use the CLRJOBQ command.
