Output queue &1 in &2 not renamed. Output queue in use.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The output queue cannot be renamed because it is not empty or it has a writer active to it.
Recovery . . . : Use the WRKOUTQ command with the OUTQ(*ALL) parameter specified to display the status of the queue. Try the command again when the queue is inactive and empty. To end the writer, use the ENDWTR command; to clear the output queue, use the CLROUTQ command.
