Job queue &1 in library &2 is not valid.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The values specified for the target job queue and the job queue library are not a valid combination. The job queue name must be a valid name or have a special value of *SAME. When the job queue name is given, the job queue library must be specified. When the job name of *SAME is given, the job queue library must be blank.
Recovery . . . : Correct the job queue name, and try the request again.
