Value &1 not valid for buffer to read parameter.
Message Long Text :
Cause . . . . . : The value specified for the buffer to read parameter of an Application Program Interface (API) is not valid. The value used must be greater than 0. A special value of -1 is also supported. This value (-1) will read the next buffer in the spooled file.
Recovery . . . : Specify an allowed value for the buffer to read parameter of the API and try the request again.
