PTFs not loaded.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The program temporary fixes (PTFs) being loaded supersede PTFs that are temporarily applied.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following:
-- Try the command again and specify *APYPERM for superseded PTFs (SPRPTF).
-- Remove the superseded PTFs (RMVPTF command), and then try the Load PTF (LODPTF) command again.
-- Permanently apply the superseded PTFs (APYPTF command), and then try the Load PTF (LODPTF) command again.
