Cause . . . . . : &2 &1 was not selected to be restored to library &3 because it already exists in the library and OPTION(*NEW) was specified.
Recovery . . . : To restore the object do one of the following and try the request again:
-- Specify OPTION(*ALL).
-- Specify OPTION(*OLD).
