Older version of &1 type &2 in &3 restored.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The version restored is older than the version last saved.
Recovery . . . : If the RSTLIB and the SAVLIB are not equal, the save history is lost. Otherwise, the version restored is now the current version and records of newer versions are lost. To restore the former version, specify RSTOBJ OBJ(&1) SAVLIB(&3) DEV(*SAVF) OBJTYPE(*&2) SAVF(&7/&6). Specify SAVDATE and SAVTIME as &5.
