Cause . . . . . : You have requested that a queue be created maximum message size of &2 and an initial number of messages of &1. The queue can not be created this large.
Recovery . . . : Reduce the value specified for the initial number of messages and try the request again. See the APIs topic collection in the Programming category in the IBM i Information Center book, http://www.ibm.com/systems/i/infocenter/, for information about selecting queue size parameters.
