Cause . . . . . : Information about the job is not available at this time because of one of the following:
-- The job is currently being read by a spool reader.
-- The job is currently being started, rerouted, transferred, or ended by a subsystem monitor.
-- The application programming interface (API) is not defined to return the requested information for the current state of the job. For example, the QUSRJOBI API does not return information for the JOBI1000 format for a job that is on a job queue.
Recovery . . . : If the job is changing state, wait a moment and then try the request again.
