Cause . . . . . : The value you specified for the usage tracking parameter, &1, is not valid.
Recovery . . . : Specify a valid value for the usage tracking parameter and try the request again. Valid values are:
-- '0' - Do not track usage state.
-- '1' - Track usage state.
