Open of member &1 changed to CLEAR(NO).

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The open of member &1 file &2 in library &3 was changed to CLEAR(NO) because CLEAR(YES) was specified in the program but is not allowed.
If file &2 in library &3 is a physical file, member &1 was being opened for output processing and INHWRT(*YES) must not be specified on the override data base file (OVRDBF) command.
If file &2 in library &3 is a logical file, CLEAR(YES) is not allowed.
If file &2 in library &3 is a distributed file, CLEAR(YES) is not allowed.
Recovery . . . : If file &2 is a physical file and you want to specify CLEAR(YES), either delete the override to INHWRT(*YES) or specify an override to INHWRT(*NO). Then try your request again.
