Record length specified is longer than record length of file &1.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Bytes &4-&5 are padded with blanks because the record length specified in the program is longer than the record length of the input file &1 in device &3.
Recovery . . . : Change the file record length in the program and compile. Then try the request again.
