Error opening member *ALL file &2 in &3.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The MBR(*ALL) parameter cannot be used with either the CLEAR, EOFDLY, FMTSLR, INHWRT, or POSITION parameter to open member *ALL file &2 in library &3. In addition, the MBR(*ALL) parameter cannot be used when opening file &2 if this file is a DB2 Multisystem file.
Recovery . . . : If file &2 in library &3 is a DB2 Multisystem file, use the DLTOVR command to delete the override. Then specify the MBR(*FIRST) or MBR(*LAST) parameters along with any other valid parameters on the OVRDBF command. If file &2 library &3 is not a DB2 Multisystem file, do one of the following to open member *ALL file &2 in library &3:
-- If either the POSITION, EOFDLY, or INHWRT parameter was specified, override the file by specifying the POSITION(*NONE), EOFDLY(*NONE), or INHWRT(*NO) and MBR(*ALL) parameters, and any other valid overrides on the OVRDBF command.
-- If the FMTSLR parameter was specified, use the DLTOVR command to delete the override. Then specify the MBR(*ALL) parameter and any other valid overrides on the OVRDBF command.
-- If the CLEAR parameter was specified, change the file attribute to CLEAR(NO).
