No more cartridges to mount from category.

Cause . . . . . : Category &5 defined for system &6 is currently set on tape library device &4, but no more cartridges can be used. One of the following may be the cause:
-- category &5 defined for system &6 is empty.
-- all cartridges in &5 have been used.
-- the next cartridge in the sequential order is not available and the Set Tape Category (SETTAPCGY) was issued with CTGORDER(*SEQ).
Recovery . . . : Add or change more cartridges to category &5 defined for system &6. If the next cartridge was not available, then attempt the command again when the cartridge is available or set the category with OPTION(*DEMOUNTED) and reset it with OPTION(*MOUNTED) while specifying CTGORDER(*NEXTAVAIL).
