Record length exceeds block length of file &2 in &3.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : For communication (CMN) files, the largest record format exceeds the block length. For binary synchronous communications (BSC) files, the smallest record format exceeds the block length.
Recovery . . . : Close &2 in library &3. Correct either the record length or the file block length, and then try the job again.
-- For CMN files, remove all record formats that are greater than the block size or specify a block size that is equal to or greater than the largest record format.
-- For BSC files, define a record format that does not exceed the block size or specify a block length that is greater than the shortest record format in the file.
