Open of member &4 file &2 in &3 failed.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Member &4 file &2 in library &3 was not opened. The open failed because of one of the following reasons, related to your request to allow the use of minimized journal data for update record operations:
-- The request did not specify that the program could process null capable fields in the file. An open request, that asks that minimized journal data be allowed for update operations, must specify that null capable fields can be handled.
-- Update operations involving the file would require CCSID (Coded Character Set Identifier) conversion of the data. When update record operations require CCSID conversion, minimized journal data cannot be used.
-- The file is a distributed file. Minimized journal data cannot be used to update records in a distributed file.
Recovery . . . : Change the open request to indicate that null capable fields in the file can be processed, change the open request or your job to avoid CCSID conversion during update record operations, or specify a file that is not a distributed file. Then try the request again.
