Record separator &7 specified for file &2 in &3 not valid.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : A record separator character was specified that is not allowed because it is used by the BSC protocol for link control.
Recovery . . . : Correct the record separator character in the SEPCHAR parameter on the file if APPTYPE(*SYS38) specified on the device description. If APPTYPE(*BSCEL) is specified, change the SEPCHAR parameter on the device description or file.
