Cause . . . . . : The file is record block format *&6.
For records not blocked or not spanned (RCDBLKFMT *F, *V, *D, or *U), either RCDLEN or BLKLEN must be a value other than *CALC.
For blocked or spanned output records (RCDBLKFMT *FB, *VB, *DB, *VS, or *VBS), either RCDLEN or BLKLEN must be values other than *CALC.
For blocked or spanned input records (RCDBLKFMT *FB, *VB, *DB, *VS, or *VBS), both RCDLEN and BLKLEN must be values other than *CALC.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following, and then try the request again:
-- Specify RCDLEN or BLKLEN or both.
-- Change RCDBLKFMT on the OVRTAPF command.
