Message : CPF4313
Record length &7 not valid with block length &8.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The file &2 in &3 is a record block format *&6.
For the fixed length records (RCDBLKFMT *F or *FB), the block length, minus any ASCII buffer offset, must be an integral multiple of the record length on the tape.
For undefined format records (RCDBLKFMT *U), the block length, minus any ASCII buffer offset, must equal the record length on the tape. Because of this undefined restriction between record length and block length, block length for undefined formats is limited to 32767.
For file type (*SRC), the file RCDLEN must be 12 more than the record length on the tape.
Recovery . . . : Do the following, and then try the request again:
1) Specify the correct RCDLEN and BLKLEN combination on the the OVRTAPF command. For undefined format, block length is limited to 32767.
2) If this is a standard label input file, also specify REELS(*BLP) on the OVRTAPF command to ignore the record length and block length in the existing file labels.
