Sequence number *END not valid.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The sequence number is not valid for file &2 in &3. The sequence number SEQNBR(*END) parameter is not valid for an input file or an output extend EXTEND(*YES) file.
Recovery . . . : Correct the sequence number on the Override Tape File (OVRTAPF) command, and try the request again.
