Open option for file &2 in library &3 for device &4 not valid.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The file cannot be opened for input only because the session is being used by a source program. Only target programs can open a file for input only.
Recovery . . . : Change the Open option to output or to input/output, and then try the request again.
