*RECID processing not valid for file &2 in library &3 for program device &4.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Record format selection of *RECID cannot be used on this file because the record identification (RECID) DDS keyword is not used on any of the record formats in the file.
Recovery . . . : Either change the record format selection parameter, FMTSLT, to select formats by other means or use a file which has RECID DDS keywords specified for the record formats. Then try the request again.
