OUTPTY value &6 exceeds priority limit for user &7.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The output priority for file &2 in library &3 exceeds the user profile priority limit of &8. Additionally, user &7 does not have any of the following special authorities that would allow the user profile priority limit to be exceeded: 1) spool control authority (SPCAUT(*SPLCTL)), 2) job control authority (SPCAUT(*JOBCTL)) and the output queue is operator controllable (OPRCTL(*YES)), 3) ownership of the output queue when AUTCHK(*OWNER) is specified for the output queue, or 4) *READ, *ADD, and *DLT rights to the output queue when AUTCHK(*DTAAUT) is specified for the output queue.
Recovery . . . : Request a priority value that does not exceed the limit in your user profile or obtain a higher priority limit from the security officer.
