Cause . . . . . : Library &1 can not be specified on the OUTFILE parameter.
1 -- QTEMP can only be used if starting the database monitor for the current job (JOB(*))
2 -- The library specified must be in the system ASP if starting the database monitor on all jobs (JOB(*ALL))
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following:
-- Change the library on the OUTFILE parameter and try the request again.
-- Change the value on the JOB parameter and try the request again.
