Cannot send message to message queue.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Message queue &6 in library &7 was specified in the device description for device &4. This message queue cannot be accessed by the current job.
Recovery . . . : To obtain more information, refer to the messages in the job log to determine why the message could not be sent. Use the CHGDEVPRT, the CRTMSGQ, and the GRTOBJAUT commands to correct the problem. Then try the request again.
