Cannot send message to message queue &1 in library &2.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Message queue &1 in library &2 specified in the device description for device &3 cannot be accessed by job &7/&6/&5.
Recovery . . . : To obtain more information, refer to message &4 in the job log for a description of the error. Verify that there are no hardware errors on device &3. Verify the indicator lights to ensure that device &3 is ready. Use the CHGDEVPRT, the CRTMSGQ, or the GRTOBJAUT command to correct the problem. Then try the job again.
