Length of user blocked data record for file &2 in &3 not valid.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : At least two characters are required in each record, but the record was less than two characters in length. A BSC block transmission requires a minimum of one start and one end character for a BSC block.
Recovery . . . : Type C to cancel processing or I to ignore the message and continue processing. Correct the program to send a record of 2 bytes or longer. Then try the request again.
Possible choices for replying to message . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . :
I -- Data from the current WRITE is lost. Data from the current WRITE must be written again in order to get transmitted.
C -- Request is canceled. Escape message CPF5104 is sent.
