Requester program device not valid for the file in this job.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The program attempted to acquire the *REQUESTER device for file &2 in library &3 but the job does not have a requester device.
If file &2 is an intersystem communications function (ICF) file, then the job must be a batch job started by a program start request.
If file &2 is a display file, then the job must be an interactive job, and the display device must not have been created with APPTYPE(*CTLSSN).
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following and try the request again:
-- If file &2 is an ICF file, only acquire the *REQUESTER device in a batch job started by a program start request.
-- If file &2 is a display file, only acquire the *REQUESTER device in an interactive job, and do not acquire devices created with APPTYPE(*CTLSSN).
