Negative response not valid at this time for program device &4.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : A negative response was sent, it is not valid at this time for program device &4 in file &2, library &3. A negative response cannot be sent because no data has been received.
Recovery . . . : A negative response can only be sent when a group of records (SNA chain) has or is being received that is eligible for a response.
When your program determines that an error exists in received data from an input operation, it should send the negative response as the next operation.
Correct your program and try the request again.
Possible choices for replying to message . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . :
I -- Request is ignored.
C -- Request is canceled. Escape message CPF5104 is sent.
